The public school system exists to equip young people with the skills to go into the world and be successful. Kim has worked for 24 years in the public school system and has built positive relationships with student's, staff members and parent's. He has a unique ability to help each person look at the gifts, talents and abilities they possess , and then he takes those gifts and brings them out for the world to see. Kim lives his life on full throttle and full throttle is exactly what you will get when Kim visit's your campus. Kim's vision is to encourage your student's to be the best version of themselves, while helping other's in the process.

Your Life Counts
In this signature keynote, Kim will take your student's on a journey from where they started, to where they currently are and what their futures can be, if they decide to work hard and overcome obstacles. Student's will be motivated, challenged and encouraged to chase their dreams and live with passion.

Kim uses this speech so each student and staff member realize that everything they do will impacts someone's life. Kim will share the importance of telling our story about about how great your school is and how it can impact the community in a positive way. It will challenge every person to become their best and "THINK before they THINK, SPEAK and ACT" to make an impact on their campus, as well as in their community.
What Matters The Most!
The most important thing we will ever do in the public school system is build relationships with young people. This must be done, each and every day and it must be intentional. I speak to young people every day who tell me stories about how a Classified or Certificated Staff member impacted their lives in a positive way because they built a positive relationship with a student.
